We accept credit card payments directly with Shopify and also PayPal. Carpe Diem with Remi does not store your credit card details. PayPal does store your credit card details within a password protected account. Always check for the secure padlock icon when using your credit card as this shows the website is secure. Please contact us if you wish to do a Bank Direct Deposit into our account. We also offer a phone service. Please ring us for your order and we will process it immediately using your Credit Card on our Eftpos machine in store.
For all orders within Australia, Carpe Diem with Remi includes 10% sales tax (GST) on all online orders.
We do ship certain products outside Australia. Please email us with your product details and we will advise shipping costs. Due to the fragile nature of some of the products we stock, certain items such as Reed Diffusers are not able to shipped overseas.
Once you have placed your order, you will receive an e-mail confirming your order details. Once processed and your order and payment has cleared in our account, your order will be dispatched within 2 - 3 business days. In the unlikely event that an item of stock is temporarily unavailable, you will be notified accordingly. You will receive another email advising when your order has been dispatched.
We deliver parcels by Australia Post (trackable parcel) or by courier depending on delivery destination.
Please be sure to fill out the 'Add a note to your order' area of the address details at checkout if you know you are unlikely to be home & need the parcel to be left somewhere.
If you want the parcel left at the door, please specify this on your order.We do not take responsibility if the buyer does not give explicit instructions at the time of order.
If you are not home and have not given us instructions to put on your address label, Australia Post will leave a notification card for you to collect your parcel at your local post office.
Please note that we are unable to offer a refund if you have a change of mind under any circumstances so encourage you to please choose your purchases carefully.
