We offer free pickup at Carpe Diem if you are able to collect your order.  A valid photo ID must be presented at time of collection.

Deliveries - International

• International orders are sent via Australia Post Air Mail (trackable parcel). If you require a quote for shipping for an order outside Australia, please email
• Depending on your location and your Countries Customs requirements, your parcel should arrive within 15-25 working days.
• We are not responsible for any additional taxes that might be incurred by your country.
• Please check your local customs procedures regarding taxes.
• Due to customs regulations, we are only able to ship to a select number of overseas locations.
• Please note that some items are not able to be shipped overseas due to their fragile nature. 

Local Pickup from Carpe Diem with Remi

• Local pickup from our store must be collected within 7 days from date of purchase.
• If your order is not collected within this time and we have not heard from you, we may allocate those goods to another customer and refund the order amount paid to you.
• Receipt of purchase must be shown when collecting items

Please note we do not offer refunds for purchases made with Afterpay. Exchanges for items paid with Afterpay can be done within 14 days  of receipt of purchase. If your item is faulty and you have paid with Afterpay we will provide an exchange or refund if the items comply with our returns policy below.

Returns for damaged or faulty items 

• In the unlikely event that your order arrives damaged or faulty, you will need to email us within 5 days of receiving your order.
• To ensure that returns are dealt with efficiently, please send a photo of the faulty item, we will also require your name, invoice date and number along with details of fault or damage.
• We only accept returns for faulty or damaged goods and do not accept returns if it is only the packaging that is damaged.
• We make every effort to ensure your parcel arrives in good order and good time, however we are not responsible for any loss or damage to your order during transit.
• Customers are responsible for shipping and handling charges.
• When we are in receipt of the returned item, we will process an exchange or refund (minus shipping costs) within 2 days.
