Shungite Noble Raw. Noble shungite is a type of shungite with a metallic lustre found only in small pockets near Shunga Village. It has a higher carbon content than normal shungite, but retains the same healing and protective qualities. Returns for damaged or faulty items 

  • In the unlikely event that your order arrives damaged or faulty, you will need to email us within 5 days of receiving your order.
  • To ensure that returns are dealt with efficiently, please send a photo of the faulty item, we will also require your name, invoice date and number along with details of fault or damage.
  • We only accept returns for faulty or damaged goods and do not accept returns if it is only the packaging that is damaged.
  • We make every effort to ensure your parcel arrives in good order and good time, however we are not responsible for any loss or damage to your order during transit.
  • Customers are responsible for shipping and handling charges.
