I’ve been immersed in the crystal and metaphysical world for most of my adult life — long enough to call myself an “old fossil jokingly, and wise enough to wear that title with pride. Before Carpe Diem, I was the custodian of Crystal Wave at Grange for 17½ years, a space that held community, curiosity, healing, and countless conversations at just the right moment in people’s lives. For the past 15 years, Carpe Diem has been my home — a living, breathing sanctuary of crystals, energy, and human connection. For many years, running the business came first. Ideas were plentiful; time and space to explore them were not. Now, with Mel steering Carpe Diem into its next chapter, I’ve been given something precious: room to create, reflect, and share differently. This page is my own small corner — a place for meditations, reflections, and creations shaped by decades of experience, deep listening, and an ongoing relationship with energy in all its forms.
