Returns for damaged or faulty items

In the unlikely event that your order arrives damaged or faulty, you will need to email us within 5 days of receiving your order.
To ensure that returns are dealt with efficiently, please send a photo of the faulty item, we will also require your name, invoice date and number along with details of fault or damage.
We only accept returns for faulty or damaged goods and do not accept returns if it is only the packaging that is damaged.
